Who we are

What you’re buying

Everything in this shop is digital content — files you download, such as PDFs. Nothing is posted to you. Each resource page tells you what files are included.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay.

Some resources are pay what you want: you choose the amount, above the minimum shown. Paying more than the suggested price doesn’t change what you get — it helps us keep making resources and keep prices low for people who can’t pay more.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your contract with us is formed when your payment is confirmed.

Getting your download

Straight after payment you’ll see your download links, and we’ll email them to you. Each link works for 72 hours and for up to 10 downloads. If you lose it, use Lost your download? to get fresh links at any time — no account needed.

Your right to cancel

Normally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content, that right ends once the download is made available to you, if you have agreed to this.

Before paying, you tick a box asking for immediate access and confirming you understand you’ll lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download is available. We confirm this in your order email. If you don’t want to give that consent, please don’t complete the purchase.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t as described, email hello@not-broken.co.uk with your order number. We’ll replace it, and if we can’t put it right, we’ll refund you.

How you can use the resources

Unless a resource says otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal licence to use and print it for yourself, your family, your own students or the children you work with directly. Please don’t share the files, upload them elsewhere, or sell them. If you’d like to use a resource across a school or organisation, get in touch about a licence.

Our responsibility to you

The resources are educational materials. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for individual professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Email hello@not-broken.co.uk and we’ll reply as soon as we can, normally within 5 working days.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
